a while back i was in a group art show at reading frenzy. it was a great show and i was really honored to be part of a show that included such great designers. well
i realized that i never posted the print that i did so here is it below. the show was award themed, and i like dogs, so naturally i thought of a dog show!

do you live in portland? do you like beer? if so then you should head over to saraveza for the iipa fest that is happening there soon. lots of great beer to be had.
i just completed the branding for this event. the client had requested a jar logo because they have mason jars for beer to go instead of growlers. how cool is that!?

back to pen and ink. i have not been drawing enough lately. but here is a little illustration i worked on today it felt really good to work with my hands and not with a mouse.
anyways, summer is here in portland and it feels great. i am so happy to be seeing the sun again. i even made it out to the coast for some surfing the past week. mt. hood
still has snow too, which is quite tempting as well. more work to come soon.

may went by really quickly didn't it? i cant believe that it is already june. summer has not quite reached the north west, but i think that it is
just right around the corner. at least i am hoping so. things have been busy. i updated the site a bit to include some crankbrothers projects
that is have been working on this year. i am so excited to be working with them, they are a great company and really fun to work with. there
are technical drawings and packaging too. you should be seeing the new packaging coming to your local bike shop soon if it is not already
there. you should really buy some of their goods, not only because they are the best in the industry, but because you can check out my
handywork on the packaging and the instructions.
here is a little logo i did recently for nest. they are a green interior design company based out of wisconsin. instead of buying all new stuff
they will come to your home and re-arrange all of your existing pieces and make your living space lovely again.

so finally after a year of hard work and toiling away on a top secret project for Hasbro i can finally unveil what i have been working on!
this is really exciting for me because this has been a huge project and i have had to be very hush hush about it. the game is called
cuponk! and it is a kid's game which consists of a ball and a cup. teaming up with BXC i helped form the early concepts and worked
on all different graphics and did the final illustration of the gorillanator model. there is still more top secret stuff about this project to come
but i thought i would share with you the first big images i have of the final product.

i just got word that i will be participating in a group art show in may at one of my favorite little shops, reading frenzy. the show is award themed and i am
not quite sure what i am going to create yet, but i am definitely excited about it. the opening reception is on may 6th from 5-7pm. i will post more info
